He tells you why it was necessary to adjust the Business Model Canvas to this type of organisation – what we call a Mission Driven Organisation. The reason is that organisations like the Defense Intelligence Agency isn't driven by profit. They don't sell a product, they don't have channels where they sell it, and they aren't concerned about revenue stream. Instead, they care about mission achievement. They care about the change that they are supposed to bring about in the world. For that reason, it was necessary to adjust the Business Model Canvas so that it suits mission driven organisations.
